You are tired and depleted from doing all the right things and making sure everyone else is okay and now you're ready to take care of yourself. You're feeling stuck and unfulfilled in relationships and in life. Maybe you have a stack of self-help books at home or in your online shopping cart, but you feel called to enlist some support for this leg of your journey.
My practice exists to hold space for Black women who are often seen as strong by everyone else, but rarely given room to feel held themselves. I understand what it means to move through life carrying expectations, responsibilities, and histories that often go unseen or dismissed in traditional mental health settings. My work is grounded in cultural context, care, and honesty. I bring my personal experience, training, and commitment to every session, creating a space where you don’t have to explain who you are just to be heard.
This isn’t about surface-level support—it’s about healing with depth and intention. I use a trauma-informed approach that honors the realities of racialized trauma and the ways it shapes our lives. I also integrate Trauma Sensitive Yoga as a way to reconnect the mind and body, gently and without pressure. My goal is for you to feel not just better, but more whole, more grounded, and more yourself.
